Development Project

The proposed development is to consist of a 6-storey lifted residential flat building comprising 74 home units (36 x one bedroom, 36 x two bedrooms, and 2 x three bedrooms) over 2 levels of basement car parking for 91 vehicles. The approved development provides a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 5,658m².

Purpose
