Project Loan Details
The Borrower acquired the property in July 2022 at AU$14.5M. Subsequently, due to increased demand for industrial land and a shortage of supply, the value of the site has seen an uplift to AU$16.5M.
It is intended that the loan will be repaid via a sale of the asset or refinanced, once Development Approval has been obtained.
