There will be appealing views from this rooftop area. Each commercial/retail area on the ground floor will have frontage to the main street.

The Project will include a basement car park with 38 spaces in car stackers.

Construction commenced in August 2020 but was slowed down by the various lockdowns in Melbourne and significant rock removal required for basement construction.

The revised construction time is 19 months and the Builder is on track to meet this target with completion now likely in April 2022.
